Please be aware of our Key Operating Guidelines: Open Door Policy This allows members to come and go as at will during our afterschool programs (September-June). Supervision is provided only withinthe facility. Members of our Kid’s Club Program are excluded from the Open Door Policy. Staff Uniforms Snow Day Policy In the event that the Orchard Park School District is closed for the day due to severe weather, the Club will be closed. If afterschool activities are canceled the Club will be open until 6:00PM for drop in kids only. Note: Kids Club is canceled. Evening sports leagues will be subject to cancellation depending on weather. The decision to cancel programs will be made by 5:00PM.
